Lamp poles are primarily used in roads, residential areas, scenic spots, and residential quarters. They are typically crafted from high-quality Q235 steel, formed by bending or lattice construction. The welding process involves automatic submerged arc welding, ensuring a precise and smooth appearance of the weld seam without defects such as cracks, pores, or slag inclusions. The transition of the weld seam is smooth. They undergo hot-dip galvanization for corrosion resistance (galvanization thickness ≥85μm) followed by passivation treatment. The spray coating of the lamp pole uses high-quality outdoor pure polyester powder, and customers can freely choose the color.

Customizable styles, heights, and colors. Lamp poles are installed using a flange plate mounting method, secured to the foundation with anchor bolts. The flange plate thickness is ≥20mm. The pole’s verticality error is less than 0.2%, and the pole’s surface distortion error is no more than 7 degrees. Lamp poles withstand wind speeds greater than 30m/s, with a corrosion-resistant lifespan of 20 years.
